We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the stunning views of the valley. It was the perfect location for a romantic escape. The communication from the owner was excellent, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift which made us feel very special.

We were hoping for some evening activities specifically catered to adults. Additionally, the lack of shopping facilities and an ATM on site was inconvenient for us.

We were there for 4 days, everything was brand-new, enjoyed its particularly good location short walk to the hillside, Newquay and the nearest beach. The most important was the staff - affable and amicable people...

I was offered a room with stunningly beautiful views of the valley. And there were comfortable beds.

The caravan is very roomy and comes with a microwave, sofa bed, and a stylish stone fireplace, while the bathroom has a bath for added comfort.

The caravan was very clean and well-maintained, with a lovely homely atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful beaches nearby. The host was quick to respond to any queries and had thoughtful touches like leaving us a welcome gift of wine and biscuits.

The weather was not on our side during our stay, which put a damper on our plans for outdoor activities. the directions to the site were a bit confusing, making it difficult to find initially.

My stay at Newquay Valley View was fantastic! The caravan was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts after a long journey. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the little extras like an airer and iron were a great help. The location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach and close to Newquay. The facilities on site were brilliant and having a parking space near the caravan was convenient. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the stunning views of the valley. The caravan itself was beautifully decorated with homely features. The power showers were amazing and having two bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. we loved our stay and would definitely return!

There was a lack of clear directions when arriving at the site and it would be helpful to have something more recognizable on the outside of the caravan. Additionally, the kitchen utensils could be enhanced with a proper serrated bread knife, pizza cutter, and bottle opener/corkscrew.

Our caravan had a smart TV, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

This place is in a perfect and beautiful location with free on-site parking, a good-sized room, comfortable bed, and a balcony with chairs and tables for a good rest.

The property was lovely, with tea, coffee, and milk provided. the two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms were a great feature. Bypassing the check-in process was convenient, especially after a long drive with children. the location was perfect, only 5 minutes away from the amazing beaches. Even when the weather was bad, sitting in the warm and enjoying the views was a pleasure. Free internet was greatly appreciated.

The location of the hotel was good as it was near some shops and restaurants. the prices of the food and drinks at the hotel bar were reasonable.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which really put a damper on our stay. The walls were paper-thin - we could hear everything from the room next door and from the hallway.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the fresh sheets, and the free welcome gifts. Additionally, the parking was convenient, and the location to the nearest beach was ideal for us.
